Academic Language Week 18 - Teen Drivers

I don’t think that there should be any special restriction on teen drivers. If they have already acquired their licenses then they proved that they don’t need any restrictions. Also alot of them are just like the older drivers. Some are even more knowledgeable. It’s also apart of people’s culture to be treated the same as an adult when they get their licenses.

Academic Language Week 17 - China

I do think bringing imports from China is a good idea.
We can get all the medicine we don't have to help out more people.
Also they sell us all the cloths and the toys and systems.
We can also EXPORT goods to China, as long as they keep IMPORTING good to us. That's if we don't cut of trade.

Do violent video games contribute to youth violence?

Video games do not contribute to violence.   Adults interpret kids who play violent video games are the ones that go around hurting people or getting involved in bad things. That's not true. The kids that hurt people are messed up in their heads and its not because of video games. They say that 90 percent of boys kill because of video games but it could be because mis connections between the family. So they can't say it's all on the games.

Academic Language Week 8 - Ten Commandments

Doctors should  be allowed to help critically ill patients commit suicide.
The criteria should be after a certain age limit and for a significant reason.
Some people put emphasis on the age and what you have to have but if you are really ill and don't wanna live, then it's your choice.
So i think the doctors should if the patent wants to.

Academic Language Week 8 - Ten Commandments

Junk food should be banned from school vending machines for health purposes.
It is also a 5th of the reason why America is obese.
The Alternative would be to replace it with healthy food choices since the Previous Strategy didn't work.
It would be beneficial to the kids at the school and their parents.
So junk food is bad for school.

Academic Language Week 6 - Citizenship

Documented immigrants should be given citizenship for numerous reasons.
If they have been living here for a number of years and have paid taxes then it would be fair to give them citizenship. They also had a bad life where ever they came from so we should be happy that they came to America. They also had alot of problems and no one should be kicked out of a country because their illegal immigrants. It's not right. They also help out the economic by taking the jobs no one else wants(which is kinda messed up), but nevertheless we should still accept them with open arms.Plus we are all immigrants because the Native Americans were here first.
