Academic Language Week 15 - Cell Phones

Cell phones can be use in an emergency while driving. You could be looking up directions if you are lost or get lost. You can also use it to call people or text someone something important and it can make someone's day. Anyone can relate to this when they are driving. It can be safe depending on what speed you are driving at. There's a concept to it though. You have to be very reliable with it though.
